Its amazing how much fun you can have with motorized stuff for very little money. I piece together all sorts of vehicles from whatever parts I can get my hands on, spending as little money as possible!
1953 Kenworth Bus; Leaky and Drippy Things
This Cummins 6BT powered conversion bus had a few issues, some were ones I had ignored and others just popped up. In this video, I take care of those problems and drive the bus up to the mine for the summer.

Diesel Powered Steam Cleaner, Flames and Failure!
Переглядів 59 тис.21 день тому
I keep buying projects covered in dirt and oil, so I figured I'd get the ultimate cleaning machine, a steam cleaner! I picked up an old diesel powered Steam Jenny 200 Plus. Of course, it was broken and I had to fix it before using it... Please note: You need to be careful with steam powered stuff, once you get water boiling into steam, it doesn't stop when you turn it off. Also, steam burns mor...
Saved From Scrap! WW2 CCKW 6x6, Will it Run? I Need Help...
Переглядів 318 тис.Місяць тому
I got a call one morning about parts for my Chevy G-506, and by afternoon I had this 1943 GMC G-508 CCKW "Jimmy" sitting in my yard. The guy dropping if off didn't even bring ramps, because he expected it to be picked off by a scrap yard crane. The question is, can I get it running?
Totally Normal Jeep for Daily Driving and Getting Groceries, parts from Nilight and ATOTO

In this video, I actually finish a project! I needed to replace my daily driver, so this Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.2 V-8 and AX15 5-speed was revived. I did quite a few videos on this Jeep, starting with the initial NV3500 swap. Here's the playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLfyVixelWstCN3BhC3EFBrjEj3AqN_suQ.html Stuff I used in this video: NILIGHT: Nilight roof rack cargo basket amzn.to/49nrsPI Ni...
The $2 Jeep, Is it Roadworthy? Things Went Wrong...
Переглядів 285 тис.2 місяці тому
In a previous video, I bought this 1964 Jeep Wagoneer for $2, and got it running for under $6. At the end of that video, I set of the goal of making it roadworthy for $200. It did not go as planned... I did a typo on the graphic for the Napa fuel pump number. The correct number is FUP B0116P for the fuel pump that worked. Sorry for any confusion!
Homemade Lowboy Trailer, With Bonus Seized Engine Revival!
Переглядів 69 тис.2 місяці тому
I needed a trailer for my John Deere mini excavator, but I didn't have one that would work. Obviously, I needed to build one. Rather than buy a trailer axle, I bought an old Dodge D300, got the 318 (360?) engine freed up, and then pulled the whole truck apart. A little bit of quality time with a saw and a welder, and I had a DIY lowboy trailer.
The $2 Jeep... How Bad Can It Be?

I bought this 1964 Jeep Wagoneer for $2. Total. How much will it cost to get this FSJ running and driving?
$400 Cabin, Built in 2 Days!
Переглядів 210 тис.3 місяці тому
This cabin was built using cheap materials and leftover parts for a total out of pocket cost of under $400. I don't usually work with wood, but I made it up as I went along and I think it came out pretty decent! Well, at least good enough...
Oliver OC-3 with Nissan Diesel Swap; Finished Up and Working the Low-Buck Mine!

My SD22 Nissan diesel swapped Oliver OC-3 finally gets finished up, and I put it to work at the Low-Buck Mine. In this video I handle all the luxury items like a starter switch, fixing coolant leaks, and a charging system.
DIY Hoist for the Oliver OC-3 Crawler Loader
Переглядів 46 тис.4 місяці тому
In the last video with my Nissan SD22 diesel swapped Oliver OC-3, I found that it was too light in the rear and that made it unstable. I'm solving that problem in this video and also adding a 2-ton hoist to the back. It made a big improvement! Here's a link to the Nilight hooks I used: amzn.to/3UQ51OD Nilight auto parts bit.ly/3UTIxMF
DIY Mini Camper For The Mini Truck With Solar Air Conditioning Powered by Ecoflow Max
Переглядів 163 тис.4 місяці тому
I spent a little time fixing my mini truck, but mostly I was distracted by turning it into an RV. Using some sticks of metal (16 gauge 1 x 1 tubing mostly), 20 gauge sheet metal, some leftover parts, and a solar power system provided by Ecoflow, I put together this mini camper for the mini truck. Kid Safe Snowmobile; Built Cheap!
Переглядів 48 тис.4 місяці тому
I broke my snowmobile and fixing it the right way didn't seem fun. I decided to turn this Ski-Doo Citation 300 into a kid-friendly training snowmobile. Using a cheap Predator type engine and some leftover parts, this sled has a new life. Thanks for the comments looking out for our safety on the fuel leak issue. I never noticed it at the time, it's a good thing I put a camera under the hood! The...
4x4 Forklift: Dana 70 Axles and Skid Steer Tires!
Переглядів 112 тис.5 місяців тому
Another forklift followed me home, and this one is a 4x4. It's got a 4 cylinder, 4 speed, 4,000 capacity (maybe), and 4-wheel drive. I'm thinking of it as the 4xforklift... With Dana 70 axles on both ends and some kind of Ford 4-cylinder engine, it looks like it will be a great rough terrain forklift. That's just what I was looking for in a machine to move stuff around in the mine. Pretty much ...

I absolutely love watching you're videos you're a genius and the little things you say keep me laughing dropped a belt I'll pick that up later 🤣😄
that was the brilliant use of a of a whole lot of common sense!, too bad there is not more of that! Luv the channel, keep it up.
Wow! Not often I find a new channel this good by accident! Subscribed!
You can never have too much pie...
I'm lovin' that bus every time I see it.
i love ponchos honesty, he knows what hes got...
Is there like a playlist with the videos where you get the new cars and do "what's in my oil pan" and stuff like that? It's the best stuff
Excellent series! I love your videos. Good fun
Hmm, so I'm not in the desert, I'm in the southeast but in the spring we get a coating of pollen/yellow dust for about a month.. It's going to stick anyway but I wonder how much worse It will be with the shine juice
WINNER WINNER WINNER🇺🇸👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✅✅✅✅✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸🫵🏼
Osha Fears this man, Love your content, you've taught me quite a bit o stuff.
I thought Derek Bieri was funny but you are a riot. Dry humor rocks and your skills are top notch.
This is funniest video of all! 😂 Great job
Shoebox Ford 1949-51
You should wear some *DUST-PROTECTION* or at least tell your viewers, that its important to wear ...
if you want to play with hot water pressure washers , the best to by a brand new one , at my job , we don`t mess around antiques , they can kill you or burn you
Love this, I’m a Jeep lover in the UK. Might be nice with a V8?😊
nice, that it isnt srapped. nice restored, these trucks are woth some money!
I just saw this thumbnail and title. if you're crazy and passionate enough to buy something like this I already gotta subscribe, haha. you didn't disappoint! :)
US army top one in the word
Whoever named that machine jenny could've come up something a little better to accurately represent.....maybe carrie or Christine
Love everything you’ve done on the bus so far. I wish the roof scoop was more like the shape of the bus lines. I know that sometime you will come across a ductwork 90 that has a soft curve which would look like original equipment. This could still be done the Low-Buck way and you wouldn’t lose any respect. That bus looks so comfortable when it’s tripping. Hope it’s fun to drive.
Pretty awesome 🇺🇸👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✅✅✅✅✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸🫵🏼
That is a salt truck. A little salt can dribble out of the bottom of the gate, while a broadcast spreader flings it around. It's working as intended.
I use those copper-nickel-ferrite brake hoses in my 40 years old Volkswagen. They are great!
I like the inner fenders on these trucks; flat surface with ribs, so your tools wont roll off!
Cool
At first I love your channel! Its ridiculous but... Did anybody tell you that you look and speak like Peter from Family guy? 🤔
That's a well-organized junkyard!
Some interior lighting might be good.
Why would you want the old owner to clean ths place up? It's a treasure trove!
You're a genius, really. I would have bet 20 bucks no way would it move under its own power. Also, you got balls. Anyone who would sit in that front seat and doesn't fear spiders has balls.
Bro, I know it was $2 firm but you probably could have got it for a buck. I did see a socket extension in the floorboard so maybe you made a decent deal.
I just wanna tell you, on this 2 year old video, I'm so glad you share your projects, and don't do videos purely for the views. If ever you see stars that people aren't finishing the videos, they're wrong, because I love to watch a little here and a little there. You've created a comfort show.
Love your channel, just going back and catching up on some old videos. My experience, one of the challenges with towing something with a strap is the strength of the strap versus the weight of what you’re towing. Your strap appears to be a sling strap that we would use to sling load Equipment underneath helicopters. But just curious what kind of strap you were using? What was the strength for it? Maybe somebody else saw from the video?
You give me a laugh when I most need it!
Those modded rims are now lug centric instead of hub centric. Remember to tell tire shops that when getting them balanced. You probably wouldn't notice a difference until interstate speeds and faster, but it is something to consider, and remember with wheels.
International light duty trucks were great had a 1968 120 model with a 266 V8 slightly different than this one but still quite similar...great video
Fun place for the kids! ???
12:37 can someone explain what's the logic behind "passenger side tailights are available new but not the drivers side"
I love these old machines . 34 hp.. I wish this fellow was my neighbor.
vc investiu nesse projeto hein? you invest a lot on this im impressed! hugs from brazil
Nice shirt, from CT and enjoy the sea port/aquarium.
your channel is the best, gave me a lot of ideas how to be a great mechanic and is also fun!
This is very quickly becoming my favorite channel. I love that you kinda sound like hank Hill. The dry sarcasm with the hank voice just works perfect. Bravo. (And what accent says "corner" like that?) Thanks for busting ass for me to learn from. You will go far with this.
17:18 I DONT THING I NEED TO SAY ANYTHING
Theres tons of parts for that fella, im sure you're just over-exaggerating for the camera.
right on man
Great looking bus man! i AM HAVING FUN WATCHING YOU HAVE FUN.
